CHECK-IN & REGISTRATION
Kids Check-in Times:
Sundays - 9:15 to 9:45 | 11:15 to 11:45 am
In all of our services we register every child. We do this for a variety of reasons. The most important is safety. Your child will not be allowed in a class without someone accompanying him or her to registration. With our computerized check-in system, parents will check children in at the check-in stations located near the classrooms. If it's your child’s first time, you will need to go through the New Child registration line to be entered into our database. This is to ensure that we have the information we need to contact parents in case of an emergency, check for allergies, etc. All children's ministry classes will close after the scheduled check in times, so teachers can start their lessons without interruption.
While your child is in our care we make all provisions to ensure their safety. Once you register your child, you and your child will receive a security sticker with a security number assigned to your child on it. If we need you, that number will be displayed on the overhead screens throughout the campus. If you see your number, please come immediately to your child’s class. In order to pick up your child you will need to show the classroom leader your security sticker. If you have lost or misplaced the sticker, you may be required to show a picture ID and sign a lost tag form. No one will be allowed to pick up your child without the proper security sticker or ID.
*A parent/guardian must remain on the church premises while their child/children are being cared for by our Cornerstone Children’s Ministry.
