Elders are members of the congregation, appointed by the Senior Pastor to their role as Elder. They are responsible for modeling a godly lifestyle, providing a prayer shield for the church family members, defending and protecting the integrity of the church, and representing the church to the community.
They provide counsel to the Senior Pastor regarding any major financial commitments of the church. They also provide accountability to the Senior Pastor for long-term strategic planning, future growth, and ministry development.
