Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Pastor Stephen graduated high school in 1999. While attending college later that year, on December 31, 1999, he rededicated his life to Christ at his home church, Word of Faith International Christian Center.

The following year, sensing the call of God, he enrolled at Rhema Bible Training Center in Oklahoma, focusing on children’s ministry. After graduating from Rhema, Pastor Stephen moved to Maryland to work at Camp Sonshine, a ministry of Immanuel’s Church. In time, he was hired on as the Children’s Pastor at Immanuel’s Church, where he faithfully served for many years. It was during this season that he met his wife, Pearl, and together they have been blessed with two wonderful children, Ella and Stephen II.

After many years of ministry in Maryland, the Lord led their family to Rome, Georgia, where they joined Cornerstone Church. Over the past decade, Pastor Stephen has served in nearly every capacity — Children’s Pastor, Family Pastor, Youth Pastor, Janitor, English Campus Pastor — each role shaping and preparing him for his next assignment. In February 2024, he became the Senior Pastor of Cornerstone Church.

Pastor Stephen is passionate about reaching the next generation, strengthening families, and helping people discover their God-given purpose. He continues to serve with humility, dedication, and a deep love for the people God has entrusted to his care.
