We CARE About Kids

We believe children should not sit down and be quiet but stand up and be heard! We want our kids to leave with a happy memory of coming to God’s house, His Word hidden in their hearts, and knowing that God loves them.

We love helping children develop a genuine love for Jesus, building their lives on the truth of God’s Word, connecting in meaningful friendships, and discovering their purpose at a young age.

At Cornerstone Kids, we are not babysitting. We want parents to feel confident that their child will be prayed for and taught the Word of God while in our kids’ ministry.

Nursery

Birth – 23 Months

Babies are never too young to have the Word of God spoken over them.

Your child will experience personal care from our well-staffed team. We keep our nursery ready for your little ones with age-appropriate toys and snacks.

Preschool

2 Year – Kindergarten

Our preschool is divided into 2 classes:

2 – 3 year olds & 4 year-kindergarten.

Each week they will engage with Bible stories, video lessons, and worship songs that give them Biblical truths.

Elementary

1st – 5th Grade

Elementary is divided into 2 classes:

Our 1st–3rd grade kids are discovering how the Bible connects to their everyday lives, growing closer to God, learning Scripture, and building friendships

Elevate Preteen: Our 4th-5th graders are digging deeper into Scripture, applying God’s truth in real‑life situations, growing spiritually, and forming friendships that support their faith.

What to Expect

Check-in Times: Sundays, 10:15 – 10:45am

In all of our services, we check in every child. We do this for a variety of reasons. The most important is safety.

When you check your child in, you will receive a child check-in sticker that includes the child’s name, a unique security code, the room they are checked into, and any additional information like allergies or special needs.

You also will receive a parent sticker that allows the teacher to match the code when you pick up your child.

If we need you during service, your child’s security code will be displayed on the overhead screens throughout the campus.

 Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Once your child is checked in, they can be dropped off at the room printed on their sticker. Our team will be there to welcome your child to service and help them connect with others in the room.

At the end of service, a team member will verify that the code on your security tag matches the code on your child’s tag before they are released into your care.

If you have lost or misplaced your sticker, you may be required to show a picture ID.

If you see your child’s security code on the screen, please come immediately to your child’s class.

 Your Child’s Safety

In Cornerstone Kids, we are committed to making every effort to ensure the safety and well-being of every child.

With this in mind, we do not allow anyone into our classrooms without a corresponding security tag. Once in our care, a child is not allowed to be picked up by anyone who does not have a security tag with the code that coincides with the one on their sticker. If a need arises or you have any questions, please connect with a staff member and they will be happy to assist you.

We do extensive background screening on all of our staff and volunteers. All volunteers are approved by the Cornerstone Staff.

Members of our security team are also stationed in our Cornerstone Kids area during every service.

 Snacks & Allergies

We serve age-appropriate snacks at our services.

If your child has any food allergies – please notify the room leader at the time of registration so that we may provide them with the appropriate snacks.

 Special Needs

We love and value every child, and we want every family to feel seen and supported. Our Kids Ministry is currently equipped to serve children who can participate in a typical school classroom environment. While we aren’t yet able to accommodate high‑support needs, we’re committed to learning and growing.

When possible, we offer extra one‑on‑one help for children who need additional support. Because volunteer availability varies, please contact us so we can learn about your child’s needs and walk with your family. Contact Kimberly here!

March 29

Palm Sunday

Kids ages 4–5th grade will be participating in a small portion of the adult service this Sunday. Please arrive no later than 9:30 AM so we can check them into class and walk them over for a quick practice before service. After practice, they’ll return to the kids building, and after their Palm Sunday performance, they’ll go back to their classrooms as usual.

Note: There is no song to learn. The performance is simple — the kids will enter the worship center and wave palm branches while the worship team sings. Normal Sunday clothes are perfect; no need to buy anything special.

June  22-26

Kids Camp 2026

Camp will be held June 22–26 for children who have completed K-5th grade, and the cost is $275 per camper.

Ready to be Baptized?

Baptism is an important step of obedience that shows others we have personally trusted Jesus for our salvation. As your church, we would like to stand with you as you publicly declare you have made the decision to surrender your life to the Lord.

baby dedication

Baby Dedication is a ceremony in which believing parents make a commitment before the Lord to raise their child according to God’s Word and God’s ways. Christian parents who dedicate a child are making a promise to the Lord to raise the child in a godly way.

Kids Store

Open Sundays: 10:15 – 11:15 AM

Attending church every week is a crucial part of a child’s spiritual foundation, but what your child does outside of church is even more important.

Things like reading the Bible, memorizing Scripture, inviting friends to church, and applying the teaching to their daily lives are all ways children grow closer to Christ.

We want to partner with you as you lead your child to do these things throughout the week. That’s where our fun incentive program comes in!

Our Kid’s Store is located in the Kids Building.

Each week, your child has the opportunity to earn points. At the Cornerstone Kids Store, a leader will add points to your child’s account for achieving specific milestones that week.

As points accumulate, your child can choose different prizes including candy, toys, and more!

 How can kids earn points?

» Bring a Bible – 5,000 Points

» Bring Offering – 5,000 Points

» Attend Kids Church – 5,000 Points

» Memorize Bible Verses – 10,000 Points

» Bring a new friend – 10,000 Points
