We CARE About Kids
We believe children should not sit down and be quiet but stand up and be heard! We want our kids to leave with a happy memory of coming to God’s house, His Word hidden in their hearts, and knowing that God loves them.
We love helping children develop a genuine love for Jesus, building their lives on the truth of God’s Word, connecting in meaningful friendships, and discovering their purpose at a young age.
At Cornerstone Kids, we are not babysitting. We want parents to feel confident that their child will be prayed for and taught the Word of God while in our kids’ ministry.

Nursery
Birth – 23 Months
Babies are never too young to have the Word of God spoken over them.
Your child will experience personal care from our well-staffed team. We keep our nursery ready for your little ones with age-appropriate toys and snacks.

Preschool
2 Year – Kindergarten
Our preschool is divided into 2 classes:
2 – 3 year olds & 4 year-kindergarten.
Each week they will engage with Bible stories, video lessons, and worship songs that give them Biblical truths.

Elementary
1st – 5th Grade
Elementary is divided into 2 classes:
Our 1st–3rd grade kids are discovering how the Bible connects to their everyday lives, growing closer to God, learning Scripture, and building friendships
Elevate Preteen: Our 4th-5th graders are digging deeper into Scripture, applying God’s truth in real‑life situations, growing spiritually, and forming friendships that support their faith.
What to Expect
Kids Check-In
Check-in Times: Sundays, 10:15 – 10:45am
In all of our services, we check in every child. We do this for a variety of reasons. The most important is safety.
When you check your child in, you will receive a child check-in sticker that includes the child’s name, a unique security code, the room they are checked into, and any additional information like allergies or special needs.
You also will receive a parent sticker that allows the teacher to match the code when you pick up your child.
If we need you during service, your child’s security code will be displayed on the overhead screens throughout the campus.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Once your child is checked in, they can be dropped off at the room printed on their sticker. Our team will be there to welcome your child to service and help them connect with others in the room.
At the end of service, a team member will verify that the code on your security tag matches the code on your child’s tag before they are released into your care.
If you have lost or misplaced your sticker, you may be required to show a picture ID.
If you see your child’s security code on the screen, please come immediately to your child’s class.
Your Child’s Safety
In Cornerstone Kids, we are committed to making every effort to ensure the safety and well-being of every child.
With this in mind, we do not allow anyone into our classrooms without a corresponding security tag. Once in our care, a child is not allowed to be picked up by anyone who does not have a security tag with the code that coincides with the one on their sticker. If a need arises or you have any questions, please connect with a staff member and they will be happy to assist you.
We do extensive background screening on all of our staff and volunteers. All volunteers are approved by the Cornerstone Staff.
Members of our security team are also stationed in our Cornerstone Kids area during every service.
Snacks & Allergies
We serve age-appropriate snacks at our services.
If your child has any food allergies – please notify the room leader at the time of registration so that we may provide them with the appropriate snacks.
Special Needs
We love and value every child, and we want every family to feel seen and supported. Our Kids Ministry is currently equipped to serve children who can participate in a typical school classroom environment. While we aren’t yet able to accommodate high‑support needs, we’re committed to learning and growing.
When possible, we offer extra one‑on‑one help for children who need additional support. Because volunteer availability varies, please contact us so we can learn about your child’s needs and walk with your family. Contact Kimberly here!
